He is survived by: his children, Gary Perkins (Jennifer) of Hilliard, Perry Perkins (Patricia) of Republic, Larry Perkins of Toledo, Brian Perkins (Kim) of Greenwich and Gwendolyn McCoy (Jason Ward) of Tiffin; and his siblings, Marvin Perkins (Carolyn) of Albuquerque and Sharon O. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
