He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius John and Mildred Augusta Lucius (Fox); his wife Dorothy Smith; his son Ronald J. Lucius; and his siblings, Vincent W. Lucius, Joseph Lucius, Leonard Lucius, Mark Lucius, Theresa Ziegler and Mary Jo Cramer.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Lucius (Ellen) of Tiffin, Connie Nielsen (Dan) of Tiffin, Lisa Smith (Steve) of Tiffin and Nicki Rumschlag (Matt) of Tiffin; his daughter-in-law Teresa Lucius of Bloomington, IN; and his siblings, Harold Lucius (Patricia) of Tiffin, Herman Lucius (Patricia) of Tiffin, Viola Ink (John) of Tiffin, Leona Mogle (John) of Tiffin, Oleta Miller (Thomas) of Tiffin, Inez Lauterbur of Tiffin and Marie Priddy of Delaware, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
