He was predeceased by: his father Warren Burnside; his siblings, Richard Allen Burnside, Willis Burnside, Edward Burnside, Annabelle Burnside and Carolyn Burnside; and his sister-in-law Ruth Burnside.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Burnside (Eileen) of Tiffin, Virginia Sherman (Robert) of Tiffin and Sharon Burnside of Tiffin; his sister-in-law Janice Burnside of Tiffin; his nieces and nephews, Debra Garber (Jeff), Susan Tyrpak (Mike), Phillip Burnside (Tina), David Burnside (Nilda), Daniel Sherman (Judi), Rebecca Clouse and Duane Burnside (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Raeanna Garber, Cory Welter, Eric Welter, Stephanie Burnside, Kaleb Sherman (KaLee), Kaitlin Sherman, Kenadie Sherman, James Clouse, Elizabeth Clouse, Gracie Clouse, Ava Clouse, Hannah Burnside and Douglas Burnside; and also, Kylee Welter and Adrianna Welter.
