She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Meier and Catherine Meier (Warnement); her husband Urban O. "Urbie" Wurm; her stepfather Lawrence Vogel; her daughter Linda K. Wurm; her brother James A. Meier; and her stepsister Sister Eileen Marie Vogel.
She is survived by: her children, David U. Wurm (Denese Madden), Daniel G. Wurm of Columbus, Andrew J. Wurm (Emily) of Granville and Diane M. Wurm of Tiffin; her siblings, Gerald J. "Jerry" Meier (Karen) of Waverly and Mary Ellen Zahn of Tiffin; her grandchildren, John Wurm, Lexi Wurm, Jacob Wurm, Audrey Wurm, Alex Wurm and Brad Wurm; and her great grandchild Mila Wurm.
