She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Olan Downard and Lucille Downard (Allen); her husband Kenneth D. Weber; her great grandchild Josey Marion; and her siblings, Melvin, George Downard, Ruth and Mary Ellen Downard.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Peters (Loren) of Cedar Grove, NC, Chuck Weber (Jeannie) of Tiffin, Tim Weber (Barbara) of Burgoon, Theresa Kimmet (Frank) of Tiffin and Terri Metcalfe (Bret) of Claremore, OK; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, David, Japheth, Naomi, Mickey, Mykel, Rob, Daron and Erica. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
