He was predeceased by: his parents, John Loesser and Mary Loesser (Fredritz); his wife Lois Ann Welly; his siblings, Ann Kummerer, Art, Ed and Jim Loesser; and his granddaughter Tiffanie Loesser.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Loesser (Margaret) of Tiffin, Bev Herig (Greg) of Maumee, Shel Loesser of Tiffin and Sandi Gambescia (Robert); and his siblings, Margaret Elchert of Marysville, Dave Loesser (Anna) of Sterling Heights, Tom Loesser (Rita) of Port Clinton and Bill Loesser (Chris) of Charlotte. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
