He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Hoffman and Edith E. Hoffman (Button); his son Thomas Earl Hoffman; and his sister Louise Katherine Reinhart. He is survived by: his wife Martha of Tiffin; and his children, Richard William Hoffman, Michael Allen Hoffman (Judy), Kenneth Charles Hoffman (Lori) of Plankton and Karen Louise Sullivan (Thomas) of Findlay. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
