He is survived by: his daughter Chelsey Bloom of Perrysburg; his close friend Sandra Cahill of Tiffin; his siblings, Perry Bloom of Tiffin, Parker Bloom of Clyde, Preston Bloom (Angie) of Bascom, Pete Bloom of Fostoria and Pam Riley of Bloomville; and his stepchildren, Stacey Walton (Aaron) of Upper Sandusky, Harold James England, Jr. (Leslie) of Upper Sandusky and Renee Uhl (Dennie) of Tiffin.
