He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Murphy and Vernice Murphy (Martin); his wife Candace L. (Hamilton); and his brother Michael Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Mark Murphy (Danielle) of Columbus and Tami Burke (Richard) of Tiffin; his grandchildren, McKinnon, Colin Murphy, Megan Brickner (Chance) and Olivia Burke (Daniel Bartley); his great grandchildren, Cordel and Conway Brickner; and his siblings, Kathy Burgderfer of Tiffin, Jackie Jacoby of Melmore, Tim of Tiffin, Fred of Tiffin, Ned Murphy of Tiffin and Ted Murphy of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice.
