He is survived by: his father Patrick McCarthy; his children, Sean Patrick McCarthy and Brianna Colette McCarthy of Fairport; his half-sister Bobbi Camarata of Granville; his stepsiblings, Ryan Wertz (Jessica) of Rossford, Natalie Wertz (Tony Consolo) of Tiffin and Amanda Wertz (Brock Wilson) of Maumee; and his aunt Sharon Ward of Tiffin.
