She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cook and Marjorie Cook (Tewalt); and her husband James E. Carter. She is survived by: her children, James Carter, Jr. (Jenny) of Pennsylvania, Kevin Carter (Shannon) of Tiffin, Vincent Carter of Tennessee, Rebecca Harris (Brian) of Tiffin and Jodie Vasquez, Jr. (Angel) of Tiffin. She is also survived by three brothers; three sisters; 21 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
