She was predeceased by: her father Louis P. Squeo; her husband Bill; her son Jeffery Cook; her sister Mary Lou Roberts; and her great grandchild David Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Teynor (Mark), Jennifer Fischer (Randy Fuchs), Jacqueline Roberts and Jay Cook (Rochelle Barker); her grandchildren, Heather Mauritz, Deric Cook, Ashley Stauffer (Dustin), Joshua Teynor (Cara Cherry), Shannon Teynor, Kasey Teynor (Ben Brause), Austin Fischer, Chelsey Fischer (Jason Bargeron), Brandon Roberts (Kim), Brittany Kirkpatrick (Michael), Blaire Gelissen (Shaun), Brock Roberts (Kathryn), Aeriel Cook, Zoe Cook and Zachery Hayse; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Cameron, Brooklyn, Emily, Ryder, Axle, Rory, Walker, Kinsley, Baker, Mercy, Emma, Eden, Reece, Rilley, Sophia, Townes, Cody, Collin, Samuel and Jacob; her sister Shirley Forrest; and her niece Leslie Dundore (Paul).
It is their specific request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made payable to the Tiffin Historic Trust or The Morrison House.
