She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Mellott and Myrna L. Mellott (Spann). She is survived by: her former husband David Eisenhard; her children, Brian Eisenhard of Tiffin, Jennifer Eisenhard (Neil Morgan) of Tiffin and Jessica Eisenhard of Tiffin; her sisters, Judy Hoffman (Michael) of Bucyrus, Pam Tipping (Colen) of Perrysburg and Lisa Mellott (Mikal Craddock) of Athens; and her grandchildren, Cole Hess and Lucy Morgan.
