He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Hays (Michelle) of Tiffin, Russell Hays (Pam) of Tiffin, Roxanne Fitch (David) of Tiffin, Lorie Frost (Harold) of Sycamore and Jamie Gibson (Jeff Moss) of Tiffin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
