She was predeceased by: her father Michael Chapman; her stepfather John Shaw; and her brother Harold Rowlett. She is survived by: her mother Catherine "Katy" Chapman (Fredritz) of Tiffin; her stepmother Carol Chapman of Fostoria; her children, Matthew Murphy (Claire) of Perrysburg, Michael Murphy (Meghen) of London, Catherine Murphy of Tiffin and Jennifer Murphy (Darian Brock) of Tiffin; and her pet Jaxton. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
