He is survived by: his children, Amanda Melick of Columbus, Cletus Melick of Tiffin and Michael Melick (Sharon) of Tiffin; and his sisters, Maria Cole of Tiffin and Sharon Gosche of Tiffin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
