He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford E. Burns and Mary T. Burns (Willman). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Helkey-Burns of Perrysburg; his children, Wayne Burns (Jesica Fletcher) of Tiffin and Stephanie Wise (Shaun) of Findlay; his stepchildren, James Helkey of Westerville, David Helkey of Chagrin Falls, OH. and Katie Beery of Perrysburg; his sisters, Kathy Renninger (Arthur) of Tiffin, Regina Wellman (Samuel) of Bloomville, Elaine Leonard (Robert) of Bettsville and Teresa Perry (Michael) of Tiffin; and the mother of his children Alyce Burns of Tiffin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
