He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mervin Sr and Edna Lofton, Sr. (Adair); his children, Matthew Lofton (Angel) of Shreveport and Ann Rice (Derell) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Aviana and Marqueze Rice; and his siblings, Ken Lofton (Julie) of Carey, Kevin Lofton of Tiffin, Scott Lofton (Lori) of Gahanna, Jeannie Barnette of Tiffin, Dianna Criblez of Tiffin and Terri Stancil of Reno.
