She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Leiner and Ernestine Leiner (Miller); and her siblings, Charles Leiner, Carolyn Bage and Suzanne Jackson.

She is survived by: her children, Karl Schulz (Jennifer), Keith Schulz (Laura) and Karen Thomas (Ray); and her grandchildren, Keenan, Steffen, Anya, Alexandra, Lisa and Patti. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
