Matthews, Beverly Hoover, Norma McDonald and Cheryl Matthews; her stepsiblings, William Snyder of Chester Snyder, Dorothy Hill, Pauline Dewald, Donna Jean Saxion and Betty Kerr; and her stepdaughter Cheryl Forstner.
She is survived by: her children, Monty G. Folk of Tiffin, Ricky L. Folk of Tiffin, Brenda A. Miller of Holland and Julie A. Clark (Kevin) of Evanston, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Josh Steinmetz, Adrian Miller, Alison Urban and Robert Nickel; her great grandchildren, Brendon Nickel of Beau Miller, Trevor Urban, Gabriel Urban, Cailee Urban and Craig Maricle; her sisters, Alice Tuttle of Tiffin and Susan Gibson of Tiffin; her stepsiblings, Percy Snyder, Willard Snyder, Donald Snyder, Arnold Snyder and Barb Shaffer; and her stepchildren, William Forstner (Shirley), Darlene Forstner and Jessica Forstner.
