She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary R. Walter and Dorothy Walter (Dixon); and her son Paul Fay III. She is survived by: her husband Edward Ruminer; her daughter Amber Byer (James) of Fostoria; her grandchildren, Zacharius Campbell, Aaliyah Campbell, Neveah Campbell, Dustin Fay, Ella Fay, Emma Bickford, Nicholas Byer and Cory Byer; and her siblings, Jeff, Jerry Walter, Brenda Salazar and Joni Cress. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
