He is survived by: his spouse Sandy (Albert); his sons, Brian of Tiffin and Brad Mesnard of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Kennedy Hysmith (Alex) of Panama City, FL, Paige of Tiffin and Gracie Mesnard of Tiffin; his great grandchild Presley Hysmith of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Tim Mesnard of Tiffin, Rod Owen, Ron Owen, Jackie Mesnard of Tiffin, Vickie Williams (Dave) of Bloomville and Tina Sherman of Tiffin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Faith United Methodist Church.
