He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Johnson and Betty Hartsel (Hiser); and his brother Toby Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Winkler (Josh) of Lima, Lucas Hartsel (Madison Volschow) of Tiffin and Lauren Benedict (Adam) of North Baltimore; his grandchildren, Hayden, Haylee Winkler, Avery, Andrew, Brooks Alan and Colt Lee Liskai; and his sisters, Marla Peiffer (Tim) of Tiffin and Marty Huffman (Steve) of Tiffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
