He was predeceased by: his father Scott D. Hagen. He is survived by: his mother Amelia J. Hagen (Hartman) of Wooster; his daughters, Taylor Hagen of Cleveland and Savannah Hagen of Tiffin; his niece Kailee Hagen of Ann Arbor, MI; and his siblings, Steve Hagen of Massillon and Martha McGuire (Gary) of Richfield.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society where he was a former board member.
