She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer H. Beeler and Fannie Elizabeth Beeler (Brill); her former husband Jack Winter; her children, Ronald, Dennis Fetzer and Carol Sowards; her stepson Bruce Winter; and her siblings, Ross, Bill Beeler, Mildred Carr, Helen Stinchcomb and Dorothy Ziegler.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Fetzer; her children, Larry Fetzer (Connie) of Elgin, TX, Linda Craig (John Kinney) of Katy, TX and Elizabeth "Betsy" Chisholm (Eric) of Traverse City, MI; her children-in-law, Denny Sowards of Tiffin and Janice Fetzer of Camden, OH; and her brother Robert Beeler of Findlay. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, thirteen grandchildren-in-law.
