She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Doran and Grace Doran (Snay); her former spouse Dorsey Chaffee; her spouse Edson Detterman; her children, Wayne Chaffee, Gary Chaffee, Terry Chaffee, Diane Hill and Linda; her siblings, Evelyn Benner, Robert Doran, Richard Doran, Lloyd "Shorty" Doran and Clifford "Juney" Doran, Jr.; her sons-in-law, Franklin Sours and Carroll Hill; and her grandson Brett Chaffee.
She is survived by: her daughter Martha Sours of Tiffin; her sister Betty Holt of Oregon, Ohio; and her daughters-in-law, Faye Chaffee of Fremont and Kathy Chaffee of Reynoldsburg. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County.
