He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schank and Marcella Schank (Miller); his son Carl Schank; and his siblings, Carol Stine and Gerard Schank.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Schank (Cindy) of Twinsburg, Ed Schank of Sycamore, Anita Poole (David) of Willard, Dale Schank of Wise, Virginia and Omar Schank of Westerville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
