He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion O. and Alma Mary Drake, Sr. (Hildebrand); his siblings, Ralph Drake, Harold Drake, Doris R. Drake and Ethol Jumper; his stepson Tim Schatzinger; and his grandson Andrew Schatzinger.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Drake of Tiffin; his children, Michael G. Drake of Columbus, Rosemary L. Cullison (Mark) of Columbus, Catherine M. McIntyre (David Cullinan) of Dublin and Theresa D. Fuller (Kris) of Hiram; and his stepchildren, Dan Schatzinger (Susan Novins) of Tiffin and Pam Ley of Norwalk. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren (1 deceased); and 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local Veteran's organization.
