He was predeceased by: his father Gene Allen; his wife Marcia Irene (Cahill); and his siblings, Joe Liggett and Shelly Liggett. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Harvey (John) of Panama City, FL and Andrew Liggett (Dawn) of North Baltimore; and his sisters, Bonnie Long of Lima and Amy Sherman of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
