She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Brown and Patty Brown (Pletcher); her husband Michael Welter of Tiffin; her children, Jace Welter of Tiffin and Olivia Kozel (Kevin) of Upper Sandusky; her siblings, Mark Brown (Jennifer) of Clyde, Josh Terry of Attica, Janette Wurm (Tony) of Attica and Danette Martin (Brandon) of Attica; her granddaughter Peyton Kozel; and her pet Silvie.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County or to the American Cancer Society.
