She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jenkins and Zelcia Jenkins (Rhoades); her husband Carlyle Carr; and her sisters, Geneva Larick, Grace Karns, Medreth Scheer and Cleo Riley.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Carr (Donna) of Franklin, Sandy Johnson (Mark) of Kamas, UT and Kim DeStefanis of Columbus; and also Richard Joseph. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
