He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard L. Borer and Frances C. Borer (Fleck); and his siblings, Leonard Paul Borer, Carolyn Borer, Joey Borer and Marilyn Lucius.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen G. Borer (Marlene Parker) of Powell, Anthony J. Borer (Kelly) of Columbus, Theresa M. Dysard (Matthew) of Tiffin and Angela R. Meek (Brian) of Broadview Heights; his sister Dianne Moehrman of Tiffin; and his grandchildren, Sebastian Borer (Mariah), Gavin, Jaidyn Borer, Ella, Lilly Dysard, Adler, Evelyn Meek, Matthew Fields and Kyle Stewart. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
