She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurel Lester and Della Fowler (Sours); her spouse Thomas Ira Perry, Sr.; her siblings, Charles, Robert Fowler, Agnes Perry and Catherine Welter; and her son-in-law Jerry Kirian.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Crislip of Fostoria, Wanda Jean Eberly (Marty) of Fremont, Thomas I. Perry, Jr. (Elaine) of Tiffin, Deborah K. Kirian of Findlay and Amy L. Perry of Findlay; her grandchildren, Jennifer Willey (Jason), Amanda Eberly, Patrick Eberly (Kelly), Andrea Ewald (Mark), Shaun Crislip (Holly), Amber Gladieux (Gary), Jason Eberly (Riann), Kristen Reisiger (Ryan), Britany Hanthorn (Scott), Daniel Perry (Christine), Dawn Lugo (Jose), Rachel McClellan (Jimmy) and Megan Kirian (Andrew Biller); her great grandchildren, Dylan Willey (Shelby), Jena Willey, Jacob Eberly (Theresa), Aaron Crislip, Olivia Roberts, Hailey Kirian, Owen Roberts, Kennedy Crislip, Aiden Ewald, Lauren Eberly, Ella Grieger, Briana Eberly, Isabelle Crislip, Emme Eberly, Blake Grieger, Aubrey Grieger, Carson McClellan and Brielle Lugo; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Hope Hysel.
