It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Phelps of Tiffin, Ohio, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phelps and Goldie Phelps (Tusing); and his brother Alvin Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Phelps of Tiffin; his stepson Jeffrey Hoover (Mara); his grandson Jace Hoover of Granville, OH; his children, Mark Phelps of Lima, OH and Amy Phelps of Fort Wayne, IN; his brother Garry Phelps (Carol) of Fostoria, OH; his sister-in-law Jeannine Phelps of Arizona; his niece Staci Reiter of Fostoria; and his nephews, Dayton Phelps of Iowa and Robert Phelps of Jackson Center, OH..
