He was predeceased by: his parents, David Zartman and Dolores Zartman. He is survived by: his children, Breanna Lyn Biller (Brandon) of Tiffin and Jordan Riley Zartman of Fostoria; and his granddaughter Riley Mae Zartman of Tiffin.
