He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodgers Haley and Effa Haley (Neal); and his sisters, Jeannine Monchilovich and Marcia McVicar. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Moon; his daughter Jill Prohaska (Tom); and his grandsons, Michael and Trey Prohaska. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
