She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Shelt and Bernadine Shelt (Koby); her grandson Jacob Hohman; and her brother Pat Shelt. She is survived by: her husband Vernon H. Beard; her daughters, Annette Huss (John) of New Riegel and Becky Hohman (Mike) of Tiffin; her siblings, Sue Emmons (Pete) of Marysville, Barb Lutz (Mike) of Raleigh, NC, Maureen Foster (Wayne) of Ocala, FL, Larry Shelt (Jane) of Catawba Island and Fred Shelt (Barb) of Tiffin; and her sister-in-law Susan Shelt of Tiffin. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
