He was predeceased by: his uncles, Gary Tyree (Dexter), Daryl Knott and Robert Knott; his aunt Sharon Tyree; and his cousins, Austin Counts, Duane and Connor Tyree.

He is survived by: his parents, James Knott and Phyllis Knott (Tyree); his brother Jason Knott; and his son Kaleb Knott (Alysen Young). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
