He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Zablocki and Mary E. Zablocki (Conroy); his son Douglas A. Zablocki; and his brother Michael J. "Zeb" Zablocki. He is survived by: his former wife Alma Schneider; and his siblings, Steven M. Zablocki (Sharon) of Tiffin, Peg Feigelist (Michael) of Tiffin, Barbara Kiser of Tiffin and Jean Willoughby (Chuck) of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his ex-wife.
