He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Perna and Vita Perna (Fortunato); his daughter Vicki Elchert; and his siblings, Joe Perna, Connie Corrado, Natty Kistler and Carmie Fabrizio.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Perna of Tiffin; his daughters, Diane Windau (Steve) of Tiffin, Joanne Neall of Tiffin and Gina Perna of Tiffin; his siblings, Mike Perna (Shirley) of Cadillac, MI, Frank Perna (Melinda) of Tiffin, Lenny Perna (Paula) of Tiffin, Mary Reid of Tiffin, Lucy Wade of Tiffin, Jeannie Adelsperger (Larry) of Tiffin, Margie Hodges of Tiffin and Dolores Herbert (Mike) of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Brad, John, Andrea, Brian, Nicole, Connor, Audrey and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Elyse, Brynn and Kora.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice Care or to the Carmie Fabrizio Scholarship Fund.
