He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" and Lillian Cooper (Downs); his daughter Taah M. Cooper; and his sister June Theresa Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Christina (Sklar); and his children, Tabitha A. Seville (Chris) of Tiffin and Levi H. Cooper. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
