It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Woodman of Tiffin, Ohio, born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Halcomb and Effie Halcomb (Tyree); her husband James Woodman; and her siblings, Douglas Halcomb and June Barger.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Rumschlag of Las Vegas, NV; her granddaughter Justine Meyer (Adam) of Monroeville; and her brother Skip Halcomb of Tiffin. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
