She was predeceased by: her father Robert P. Theis; her stepfather Edwin Chaffee; her brother Robert Theis; and her nephew Eric Theis. She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. O'Connor of Tiffin; her sons, Brett O'Connor of Arcadia, Danny O'Connor (Marissa) of Galloway, Clayton O'Connor (Heatherly) of Tiffin and Trevor O'Connor (Olivia) of Akron; and her siblings, Chuck Theis (Laura) of Tiffin and Lynn Swenson (Jerry) of Michigan. She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Home for the Chiara Unit, Clinton Volunteer Fire Department or to the charity of the donor's choice.
