It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeannette Louise Ruess of Tiffin, Ohio, born in Bellevue, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Wing and Vera V. Wing (Jones); and her sister-in-law Shirley Wing. She is survived by: her husband James Ruess of Tiffin; her children, Gregory Ruess (Patricia) of Newark, Sharon Ruess (Wayne Imars) of Ashland and Roxanne Manuel (John) of Cary, NC; and her brothers, Richard Wing (Donna) of California and Robert Wing of Michigan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
