We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 66, Janice Diane Chinell of Tiffin, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Chinell and Doris P. Chinell (Shofstahl). She is survived by: her children, Delbert R. Smith, Jr. (Dianne) of McComb, Owanna Ortiz of Tiffin, Donnell Smith of Tiffin and Betty Smith of Tiffin; and her sister Doris Elaine Chinell McFerren (Martin) of Tiffin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice or the Humane Society of Seneca County.
