She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hartsel and Ocie Hartsel (Humberger); and her husband Robert Lee "Bob" Booth. She is survived by: her children, Robert Booth, Jr., Perrysburg, Bradford Booth (Ann Wookie) of Columbus and Betty Lockard (Dan) of Ft Myers, Florida; her sister Betty Craun (Hartsel) of Bettsville; her grandchildren, Andrea Johnson (Kevin), Bryan Lockard (Brianna) and Chad Lockard (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Mason James Lockard, Madison Lee Lockard, Charles Robert Johnson and Katherine Jayne Johnson.
