He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wagner and Leona Wagner (Rumschlag); his siblings, Walter "Whitey", Paul, Charles, Louis Wagner and Ginny Kubasek; and his son-in-law Jeff Messinger.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Sue Messinger of Tiffin, Karen Wagner of Fishers, IN, Julie Schickman (Rob) of Ossining, NY and Jennifer Miller (Rob) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Haley Schickman, Sheridan and Carson Miller; and his sisters, Eileen Metzger of Fostoria and Rose Riester of Tiffin.
