Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Seyer and Marvelyn Van Houten (Davis). He is survived by: his children, James A. Seyer of Naperville, IL and Jacqueline K. Dutton (David) of Royse City, TX; and his brother Jerry A. Seyer (Nina) of Bucyrus. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home (3085 OH-19, Bloomville, OH 44818). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (4628 Township Rd 173, Bloomville, OH 44818).
