He was predeceased by: his parents, John N. Phillips and Esther Phillips (Flowers); his wife Dorothy M. Phillips; his children, Raymond James Phillips, Jane C. Shock, Nancy J. Phillips and Rebecca L. Phillips; and his siblings, Robert, Walter, Craig, Morris Phillips, Arlene Hines and Martha Lambert.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lee Phillips (Cathy) of Keller, TX, Kathleen A. Coleman of Tiffin and Diane M. England (Steve) of Republic; and his brother Loren Phillips of Bowling Green. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 2 great, great grandchildren.
