He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. and Mary L. Mobley, Sr. (Valentine); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Snyder and Nichole Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Rogers; his children, Kevin Mobley of Clyde, Kristi Bowser (Bill) of Toledo, Kelly Mobley (Moira Kalakoda) of Toledo and Karin Mobley (Christopher Sears) of Tiffin; his siblings, Ken "Skeet" Mobley, Jr. (Susan), Jerry Mobley (Kathy) and Becky Dean; and his grandchildren, Kendall Snyder, William, Bobby Bowser, Tonya Mobley, McKinley and Madison Armstrong. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
